Payment & Refund Terms

Payment Processing

All transactions are processed exclusively through Razorpay. We accept both Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD); currency is resolved at checkout based on your geographic location and may be overridden before payment.

Slot Reservation Hold

When a slot is selected, it is held for 10 minutes (600 seconds). If a valid Razorpay payment confirmation is not received within that window, the hold is released and the slot returns to public availability.

Compliance Checkbox

Checkout requires explicit acceptance of these Payment & Refund Terms via an unchecked compliance checkbox prior to invoicing.

Refunds

  • Before first session: 100% refund minus payment-gateway transaction fees.
  • After first session, within 7 days: Pro-rated refund based on sessions consumed.
  • After 7 days: Programs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 working days.
