Privacy Policy

NourishVedha operates under strict database security boundaries using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security. We do not trade, sell, or distribute clinical health charts, lab panel metrics, or personal communication data logs to third-party advertising registries.

Data Isolation

Each patient's records, AI conversations, and uploaded lab documents are siloed by their unique authentication ID. Certified dietitians on the platform are granted access only to clients with an active paid care booking.

What we collect

• Biometrics you submit during onboarding (height, weight, age, vitals).
• Diet history, allergies, and care goals.
• Lab reports and clinical documents you upload.
• Chat transcripts with the NourishVedha AI for continuity of care.

Third-party processors

Authentication is brokered via Google OAuth. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not share clinical data with either provider beyond what each requires for the transaction.
